Reiki sessions are non-invasive. The practitioner uses a hands-on or hands-near approach to assist in balancing the major energy centers (chakras). Click on Energy Balancing to learn more. WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A REIKI SESSION Each person experiences Reiki energy differently; however the Reiki energy is always the same. It is an intelligent, divine energy that goes where it is needed . When you receive a Reiki session, you will be fully clothed and will lie comfortably on a massage table with relaxing music in the background. The practitioner will place his or her hands on or near various areas of your body and allow Reiki energy to flow. Chakra balancing is always part of the session (see Energy Balancing). Sessions are approximately one hour. You may feel warmth or slight tingling sensations. You may feel heightened awareness or have a spiritual experience. You may feel nothing at all. However, you will be totally relaxed and refreshed! DISTANT

Reiki Classes
We offer classes and attunements for Reiki Levels I, II, and III as well as Reiki Master / Teacher. SCHEDULE OF UPCOMING CLASSES ~ Reiki Level II: Saturday, February 6. Time: 10 am - 4 pm. Call or e-mail to register. $75.00, or $50 for those who have completed Level I with Lahna. Classes include: Overview of
Usui Reiki system of energy work; Reiki Symbols; Attunements; Scanning;
Hands-on practice for giving sessions; Distant healing; Certificate. Reiki
Level III/Master class also includes how to do attunements for all levels. Fee for Level I or Level II:
